✅ Attach a copy of your dog's current vaccination records

For the health and safety of all our guests, dogs must be current on:
Rabies
DHPP/DHLPP
Bordetella
We also strongly recommend:
Canine Influenza
Leptospirosis
Lyme Disease
Please include copies of your dog's vaccination records with your completed forms.
Meet & Greet Reminder
A complimentary Meet & Greet is required for all first-time adult dogs before boarding.
Meet & Greets are typically held in our securely fenced backyard, where we'll have the opportunity to get to know you and your dog while respecting the privacy of our family home.
Meet & Greets are not required for puppies.
