More Than a Business

Furry Mother Pet Services was never created simply to board dogs.

It was built from a lifelong love of animals and inspired by two remarkable companions who taught us that pets are family, not possessions.

Every dog who walks through our door is cared for with the same love, patience, and respect we gave our own.

Brownie

January 12, 2013 – February 7, 2023

Brownie was joy in its purest form.

He greeted every day with excitement, loved every person he met, and reminded us to appreciate life's simple moments. Whether it was a car ride, a Puppuccino, or simply curling up beside us, Brownie found happiness in being close to the people he loved.

His playful spirit and unconditional love continue to inspire the welcoming, home-like environment we strive to provide for every pet in our care.

Kiko

April 17, 2011 – February 21, 2026

Kiko entered our lives under unique circumstances and became one of our greatest teachers.

After my father's passing, Kiko came into our care. During his senior years he faced deafness, blindness, seizures, and dementia, yet he continued to show incredible resilience, trust, and love.

Caring for him deepened our understanding of patience, compassion, and the special needs many pets experience as they age.

His legacy reminds us that every pet deserves dignity, comfort, and unconditional love throughout every stage of life.

Although Brownie and Kiko are no longer physically with us, their love continues to shape everything we do. Every tail wag. Every happy reunion. Every cozy nap on the couch. Every new friendship made in our home. Their legacy lives on through every pet entrusted to our care.
